Tonight was my second ghost walk, and was so intense! I learned new, and some very gruesome things about Newcastle, but on the actual tour I experienced some strange feelings, like pains in my neck that only bothered me on the bridge to castle keep, and im sure i saw something in there.... we'll have to wait and see if anyone cn explain it. The second time was definitely more exciting! more anticipation and far more scares. I still have no idea how to rationalize the stones that were being thrown, all i know is im not going to sleep any time soon

Me and my friend, Sarah did the ghost walk at 8.30 on friday the 7th of march and it was such an amazing experience. Just hearing some of the history was good enough but what happened under the black gate topped it off. First there was stones being thrown. I felt there was someone behind me when there wasn't, the EMF's went crazy and a cold spot appearred near the entrance. It felt like you were putting your hands in dry ice. The best thing was how comfortable the team made you feel and not once was I scared in the bad way. Can't wait to do it again

NEWCASTLE'S WITCHCRAFT TRAIL

Saturday 24th May

This is not just a walk but a real life reenactment of a true witchcraft trial based on the witchcraft persecutions in 1649 of 14 innocent people

You will see a short play with full costume guides and then follow the witch finder as though you are town folk baying for witches blood stand at locations where the witchcraft trials tuck place and hear and see the tails of witchcraft then we pay a visit to one of Newcastle's most haunted Inn's only to return to see that the witch finder has been caught by the kings men for the death of 220 woman and men and is to be hung.

Partake in throwing water bombs at the witch finder as he is held helpless in wood stocks then head to one of the most haunted grave yards in Newcastle. "IF YOU DARE"
